Ah so here I am 2 week.post show and eating 80 % on plan I'm.sitting around 14st 2 and meh its bugs me But i also know i have a job to so next season. Keeping leanish is my goal and maintain this whilst growing. Is this optimal NO!! BUT it what is necessary. So I'm happy with my mental toughness . In regards to food I belive there has been a fundamental chemical change in my body which makes me look at food in a completely diffrent light and I like it. Six packs are temporary but this life style is forever TEE
